About Me

23+ Years of Excellence in Hospitality Technology

I am a hospitality technology specialist and entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in the sector. Currently, I serve as the Founder and CEO of TheLoyaltyCo (and TLC Solutions), where I lead a digital platform agency focused on web and app development, data strategy, and loyalty program management.

I have grown TheLoyaltyCo into a global agency with a team of over 40 specialists, maintaining a significant presence in Dubai (One Central, World Trade Center) alongside our offices in Manchester, London, and Berlin. Throughout my career, I have overseen the completion of 150+ projects for 130+ clients, earning five industry awards in the process.

My professional history includes an 18-year tenure at Individual Restaurants, where I eventually served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). During that time, I was instrumental in creating Club Individual, a loyalty program that grew to nearly 2 million members.

Global Consulting: Advising multi-site hospitality businesses across the UK, UAE, and EU—including brands like The Ivy Collection and Solutions Leisure.

Philanthropy: Acting as a Trustee and Director for The Eden Dora Trust, a charity supporting children with Encephalitis.
